1234 - Lighthouse and Forest Views

Walked into a clean and well laid out rental that was what we remembered from staying at this complex before. This unit was well appointed and close to the beach, the trails, the clubhouse and the complex's amenities. Had a great time.

What a smooth Transaction from start to finish! Misty is excellent to work with, making booking smooth and check-in/check-out so simple!
The grounds are so clean; the pool area was great and the kids on the basketball court were having a great time! The location is perfect for direct access to the beach and close proximity to town.
The Condo itself was well stocked - everything in the kitchen area so nicely kept.

The kitchen is one of the most complete in all my vacation stays anywhere. This is the second time we stayed at this unit and glad we picked it again. Near the elevator if you have big bags. Road nearby could get noisy on some busy times/days.

The rental condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and well supplied for our family's stay. Beach, pool, and bike/walking access is a real plus for this location. The unit is located near the elevator, which made it easier for hauling things to and from the condo.

I’ve stayed at the condos alone and wth family. Every stay has provided exactly what I need, in terms of space, cleanliness, amenities towels utensils games.

And proximity to the ocean. I love the condos!

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of natural light and very peaceful. The kids loved the pool and the close walk to the beach was very convenient. We love this area and will definitely return. We were able to add an extra night to our stay easily and for a discount. Wonderful customer service.

Very nice & comfortable unit. The kitchen is very well equipped. We come to Westport every year for a 4th of July family reunion. Always stay at Westport by the Sea condos. We have stayed in different units over the years - all have been beautiful, comfortable. The outside grounds and common spaces are well nice and well kept too.

We had a great time. The staffwas very accommodating to our stay. If we needed it they would do everything in there power to do so. Could not have asked for a better time. We wanted to see storms come through and it did. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay again. Can't wait.

The condo was awesome!!The beds very comfortable! the view perfect! the location amazing! perfect for riding our bikes everywhere. the decor was beautiful. fully equipped with everything you could ever need or want! especially if you bake! The staff at vbts were amazing! very friendly very helpful and went out of their way. above and beond helping us with what ever needs we had. The pool and hot tub was a huge plus too.We didnt want to leave. cant wait to come back again! The people of westport are so very friendly and helpful too. We will be back for short and longer stayes very soon! cant wait to come back, its my home away from home!! im in love with vbts and westport!!

I could not have asked for a better weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable and the service exceptional.

It was a really nice place to stay close to the ocean and the light house light and it was close to family that i have not seen for about 20 years

The apartment and the complex were very nice. There was not much to do off property, however.

Fourth summer we've stayed here. I could write a book on how great it is. If you like the ocean and want something nicer than the local motels, STAY HERE. We'll keep coming back as often as we can afford to!

Loved the condo. It was so very homely.

Highly recommended Condo was very clean, up to date, nicely furnished and the location was amazing. something for all. there are so many great towns in this area and after traveling the cost for hundreds of miles we liked this place the best.

The unit was clean and there was lots more than enough room for four adults. The grill on the rooftop was an added bonus. We'll be staying there again for sure.

Simply wonderful experience. I loved the location, the decor, and the beauty of surroundings. Created the best vacation I've had in a long time.

We have stayed at Vacations by the Sea many times. The condos are a major step up from a hotel room.

We had some minor problems like not having a soup ladel or scissors in the kitchen but these were quickly supplied. Also we needed placemats for the dinning table. It took some time to get these. Some supplies are offered at the owners discretion

Suggestion for all the units:

We need various size food containers for left over food. These are available from Rubbermaid at a reasonable price. Also you shoud have corning ware which can be used on the stove, in the oven and in the microwave.

1234 is further from the ocean than other units we stayed in. You can still hear the ocean but also a lot of road noise as you are near the entrance to the condo unit and the beach park.

Food at Westport restaurants is fantastic. Nearby Oddyseus is a real treasure even though it does not show on Google maps. Halibut and chips at Bennets is a treat but they were out on Sunday evening. First time we went to Westport during high season. Last time it snowed and we were they only customers at Bennets! Westwind by the museum serves worlds best breakfast in fishermens portions.

Main attraction is the trail that goes from vacations by the sea to the Westport harbor area.

Trish helped us move to another unit that had a better view and let us stay an extra hour on Sunday. We were so happy and had such a wonderful time. What a wonderful experience. We've been coming here for 5 years to celebrate a special birthday and we will return. Your hospitality was excellent!

IT WAS NICE SUPRISE. WE NEEDED 2 ROOMS FOR FISHING AND RELAXED BUT MOTELS AROUND WEST PORT WERE OVER PRICED. VBTS WAS ALMOST SAME PRICE WITH TWO ROOMS OF OVER PRICED, OLD... MOTELS. ENJOYED EVERY SINGLE MOMENTS WHILE WE STAYING.

Great accommodations and amenities with access to pool, BBQ, and clubhouse. One maintenance curveball was quickly addressed and resolved! Great service. Highly recommended. We keep returning when we stay in Westport.

Unit 1234 was well maintained. We needed an elevator due to mobility issues, so being so close to elevator was a plus. VBTS staff were prompt, professional and friendly. Condo has plenty of space. Kitchen was much larger than we thought it'd be. Overall very satisfied.

I stayed there on a fishing trip and was extremely satisfied, the unit surpassed my expectations. I had seen some negative reviews online regarding cleanliness and condition but I stayed in a non-smoking pet-free unit in building 12 and thought it was clean and in great condition.

Close to home. Great location. Nice room, though we could hear the TV and conversation of the family below us.

I love this place, but I sure wish the bed was not lumpy!

I have been staying in this unit for 5 months and it is fine. I'm not sure the weekly cleaning crew accomplishes a lot however. In reference to this survey, Jason Pond has visited the unit for a total of 2 weeks in 5 months and even though I've requested his name be removed as a reference, it has not happened. Jarl was very responsive installing the wireless and I definitely appreciated that - it would be nice if the Owner upgraded the TV and cable in the unit. My biggest disappointment is in the hours of the exercise room - I've asked if it could be available at 4 AM for those of us who prefer to workout earlier but apparently this is not possible.

Loved the fact that we had lots of room to spread out. It was perfect for a family trip, quick drive out to the coast from So. King County. Loved that we could pick up supplies at costco in Lacey and cook in the condo. Check in/check out was easy, I thought the price was super affordable for how much space we got. We will be coming back in the Spring to celebrate my parents anniversary and will all fit in this 2 bedroom condo. BTW we did the geo cache walk with our kids and they loved "treasure hunting". Did not find the one at the lighthouse, though.

Loved our stay with 3 girls from age 7 to 13. We had a 2 bdr and had plenty of room and were right by the pool. Nice location by the beach but close enough to town to bike to and walk if you really felt up to it. Freindly staff and the kids had fun BBQing on the rooftop BBQ. I can't think of any negatives except for maybe the wind but that's just part of being in Westport :)

Very convenient for job location and the ability to support a large group in a short time frame. Staff was excellent and would be more than willing to use these accomadations again down the road.
