1027 Vacations by the Sea

Wasn’t expecting construction, short staffed? The club house was closed the first day & our room wasn’t ready until 4:20. Also was a little disturbed the dinning room table was just straight on the carpet instead of having at least a more cleanable rug or something under it. Otherwise can’t beat the location to the beach and other amenities! Beds were comfortable too.

This unit was perfect for our out of town family to come and visit. The bunk bed and trundle bed in the guest bedroom provided the extra space needed for kids. The kitchen was stocked well, allowing us to cook family meals every evening. Lots of open space and room for everyone.

This was the best unit for our family. Very spacious. Clean. Close to pool and gate to the beach. We were thunderously pleased with it. FYI there's no beach view. We knew that before staying though!

The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The location to the beach was excellent. The complex was very family friendly. I was worried it might be noisy on the weekend but it wasn’t. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying a beverage while reading. The wash off station was very helpful after coming back from the beach. The pool was warm, well maintained and checked twice a day to ensure the right pH levels. The unit was very clean. There are tell tale signs that pets have been in the unit (faith, round stains in the carpet (just a couple)) but there was no smell, at all, which is very good. The door to the second room sticks a little. And while the window coverings are in excellent condition, blackout curtains/window coverings should be in the second bedroom due to the outside lighting, right outside the window. My daughter did enjoy creating a tent with blankets on the bunk bed to address the outside lights. I really liked having the full kitchen for meals. The unit had the basic kitchen equipment. We did eat out a couple a times and enjoyed the food at Westport Pizza Company and Blackbeards Brewing Company. Bottom line....I have a great vacation, I loved the location, the condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable, the amenities are very good and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The rental was in great shape and it was equipped with all the right stuff. We enjoyed watching the people going to the park and beach. We really like the weather. We only wish there was a walk in shower.

As usual, our annual stay at Westport in the condominiums did not disappoint! The location and cleanliness of the units make staying here feel like home. This was the first time we have stayed in unit 1027 and from our stay I would suggest bringing your own cooking ware, kettle, and water filter. This unit did not have as many amenities as others we have stayed in, and as stated prior, the non stick were very scratched and the water very bleachy tasting. Aside from that, however, this unit is in a nice location and being at the beach always makes for a wonderful time!

This was a wonderful little condo by the beach. Furniture was comfortable and clean. It was a cozy stay. I will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vacations by the Sea. These are very spacious condos. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the dunes and ocean. The only complaint was the lack of basic supplies like salt and pepper, but that may have been due to Covid. Bring everything you need. The condo served as a great home base for clam digging and exploring the area. We hope to be back again.

I like to stay here when we are fishing from Westport. The beds and linen are clean and comfortable. The complex is close and convenient. We had the added bonus this trip of eating at the Bistro just a block or two away. Great fresh seafood there.

It was amazing! Being able to stay by the beach is always a great place. We did have a peekapoo view of the ocean from the condo where we staying. The people and staff of vacations by the Sea were very accommodating and helpful anytime we had a question we love staying in the town of Westport over the summer as we did at this time. We will be back again and again for all eternity! It is our home away from home. It's where we left our heart so we have to keep coming back to rejuvenate.

As a former guest Service Agent from A large boutique hotel chain I want to say the unit was immaculate.I had plenty of linens, everything was well appointed.Grounds were well kept. Can Opener did not work-(a pain when little ones are waiting for their lunch.) Residents were kind and friendly. Pool and spa were excellent.Your hostess with the pink hair was very welcoming and friendly! The big disappointment was I had no view - unless you count the parking lot. Had I known I would not have booked. 775.83 Canadian was a large purchase for my family. I had looked on VRBO and somehow ended up on VBS. I spent more and got less in this respect I felt. I must also say that your residents were wonderful and jumped in to help us search for a missing little girl on the beach. She was found safe. Thank You, R.Hext

These are nice units with some elbow room. Very nice beach's and just a few miles outside of the boat basin.

This bright and clean condo with an exceptional view will not disappoint!

We had the most beautiful weather this trip to Westport we have had in the 5 years we have gone. Greta location, rental was clean and had everything we needed to cook everyday.

Our summer family vacation couldn't have been better! Condo was very large for our family and I really liked the open floor plan in the living room/kitchen. Pool was very close and the beach was a short walk away. We will be back soon!

Great for kids ,nice playground, bike riding so much to do an close to the beach. Only drawback , not a ocean view, only see a little bit of ocean from balcony. Was disappointed the clubhouse closes at 5. The evenings would be the best time to use it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very quiet and I loved the layout and the big space, plenty of room for 6. The unit was very nicely furnished with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. I will absolutely request to stay here again on my next trip to Westport.

Amazing trip with my tween girls and husband. Loved the walking trail, the room was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals and we stopped at a fantastic BBQ place, Aloha Alabama that had delicious BBQ and cocktails! Can't wait to come back to surf and maybe try a fishing charter!
