Your first step into this vacation home lets you know you are in for a great time at the beach. Decorated with care by the owner, this home offers great views of the Pacific Ocean in a very comfortable setting. The large deck is a perfect place to enjoy the glorious sunsets and listen to the crashing waves. Or stay inside and enjoy storm watching at its best from the comfort of a cozy chair. The oversized picture windows provide a wonderful view of the ocean; rain, shine, calm, or stormy. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is perfectly suited for multiple chefs. Following a long walk on the beach, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. For those guests with musical aspirations, the home contains a grand piano for their pleasure. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families or couples.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

The condo is lovely, with a great view of the ocean (not one of those crane-your-neck and you might be able to see something). It is gorgeous. If you're the type to cook, know that the condo has only the basic implements. Our frustration was that certain
basics, which used to be standard, seem to now be rationed. For example, for the coffee pot, there were two coffee filters for a four day stay. For the diswasher, we found three dishwasher tabs. It's not a big deal, but we ended up going to the market to pick
up things that used to come part of the rental (at least it did the last few times we stayed).

we loved it! 1031 is nice and private being a corner unit, and what was an added benefit was the roof deck immediately above our unit with a grill- very convenient. Our only complaint was that we did not stay long enough. We plan to return next year: the
kids, my husband and i truly had a wonderful time!!!!

This is a beautiful unit. We have stayed at these condominums 2x now and have been pleased with both units. This particular unit is spacious and feels like you are comfortably at home rather than giving up the amenities you usually have. Will stay here again next year.

We had so much fun staying here with our 2 small children and we had family stay a few rooms down. It was a great, clean, nice, spacious condo with all the amenities. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We were happy we brought all our food as there isn't many places to go eat. We did try to go to breakfast at the Fog Cutter cafe and we were treated very rudely and we left before they even finished taking our order. I would tell your guests not to go to that restaurant. I was surprised that we were pretty much turned away...maybe because we had children? We were prepared to pay a nice big bill and tip for all of us, it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as that was going to be our farewell breakfast. But overall, I loved your vacation rental and we are planning our next trip!

  We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us! Sorry you had a bad experience at breakfast. We do recommend a couple of other restaurants in town, the Inn at the Westwind, which is right behind the Maritime Museum, which has a great breakfast, and the Half Moon Bay Bar and Grill, which is on the Marina with water views. Both of these restaurants are family friendly and can accommodate large groups.
