  The main heater in the unit was broken and in the middle of the winter that makes keeping warm a challenge. Also, most units we've stayed in had napkins, place-mats, and a wide range of cooking/eating implements, this unit had limited cook-wear and dishes and no napkins and place-mats. But we LOVED being there, nonetheless. If the heater had worked and the unit had been a bit better equipped, this would be the rental unit of choice for us.

    Thanks for the positive review and we appologize for the dining room heater being out of order. We only discovered it the day of your arrival. The electric fireplace also functions as a heater which we mentioned prior to your arrival so hopefully you were able to use that to take the chill off. The heater has now been replaced and we will pass on to the condo owner your suggestion about cloth napkins and placemats would be helpful. We hope you choose this condo again now that the issues have been resolved because the view is fantastic.

  We enjoy the units closest to the water. They are plenty large for my wife and me and we would enjoy a similarly located smaller unit. The setting is very nice and the fully equipped kitchen makes having some great meals possible too as the local seafood is excellent

  The location is awesome! This was our third time here in a year, and we will come here again, it is an ideal spot if you like being close to the beach. The condo is well-equipped and very comfortable. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep in the bedrooms because of the very bright lights outdoors which seem to shine directly into the rooms. I know that this is a problem that has been commented on by many previous reviewers but still, the lights shine on and nothing is provided (black-out shades, curtains??) to at least give guests the option of trying to black out some of the light. It is a real drawback to an otherwise great spot since getting a good night's sleep should be part of a vacation experience. Otherwise, very nice condo with an unbeatable view.

  Everything from when we first got there, new at this vacation thing, the staff on site was more than helpful, polite, and charming. To the condo that was decorated with such warm and comfortable pictures and such to totally make you feel as if you were at home. Then the Ocean View, well that hardly needs explaining, breathtaking, captivating, and relaxing all at the same time still doesn't say it all. Enjoyed our stay to the last minute.

  We've stayed in this unit 823 and 833 often (my husband actually prefers 823 because of the recliner;-) but it's starting to get tired. Although we've just come out of a recession, this owner has not dropped their prices during the recession and for $2K a week, I have lots of choices including a cruise that includes my food, etc. For $2K a week, we expect clean, crisp accomodations and it's apparent that this owner is keeping the extra funds and not putting any back into the property. The fake plants were dusty, the comforter cover top pilled and worn (thank goodness the sheets and towels were New York Sheraton hotel quality), kitchen utensils missing or broken (one pot is bent), candles missing from candle holders (they've been missing for a while and I bought real wax pillar candles of my own but why don't you put in new led flickering candles with remote control $9.99 at Target so someone doesn't burn the place down?), rug warn and stained and needs to be replaced, arm chair covers stained, etc. You get the idea. Let me know when the owner puts some money into freshening up the place and we'll come back. Meanwhile, I'll take my wife elsewhere so she doesn't have to clean/buy accoutrements on vacation.   PS Office manager was very reactive this time when we asked to have the bay window cleaned - that view makes us come back and we had it cleaned the next day. Thank you for fixing it so quickly.

    Thanks for being such a frequent customer and taking the time to leave us such a great review. We regret you found some of the items lacking in the unit. We would have been happy to address them all if we had known about them during your stay. We did go in afterwards and replace the few kitchen items you mentioned as well as the pan which was slightly bent. We generally like to avoid open flames in the units since people are on vacation and may forget them if they leave for the beach or dinner which is why there were not any candles in the decorative holders.   Dog residue odor in bedroom made first night unpleasant. Management responded quickly to rectify problem. Living room hide-a-bed needs replacing. Sleeping surface sags decidedly towards middle. Unit was otherwise clean, accomodating, and the corner oceanfront

  Great location. I was disappointed that the bedroom was facing the stairs, so didn't feel comfortable having the window opened at night and there were no fans which made the room a little stuffy. I was hoping I would hear the ocean from the bedroom at

  The rooms are beautiful. However, this is a very expensive place to stay and you get the pleasure of paying for a cleaning fee and then taking out your garbage. Then you will find an envelope to leave a tip which I found amazing since they offer NO service.
  We experienced construction, lots of noise and management was/is unable to compensate you for anything. I would love to go back, but there is NO WAY I would want to risk listening to construction that management claims that they know nothing about.

    We're glad you found the condo beautiful. Our professional staff strives to provide the cleanest and best condo's on the Washington Coast and go that extra mile to make guests feel at home. Tipping is certainly not expected but always appreciated by the staff for a job well done. Unfortunately we were not informed by the Home Owner's Association that there would be exterior building maintenance during the time you stayed. As you did not mentioned this was an inconvenience until you were leaving, we did not have the opportunity to provide you alternate accommodations on property and thus could not offer you compensation for this stay. However we did offer you a discount off of a future visit to the beach. Our check out policies are very minimal compared to many other vacation rental properties and all amenities are provided in the condo. If you run out of something we are happy to provide it. Thanks for staying.

  We stay here for the 'million dollar' view of the Pacific Ocean right out the condo window.We also love being able to walk right out onto the beach for miles in either direction.We love the peace and quiet especially during the off season times of the would have been great to have a clean and white shower curtain and spotlessly clean and white Jacuzzi tub. Otherwise,everything was perfect.Thank you very much!

  The location was fantastic, right on the beach! We watched sunsets and waves from the deck with a nice bottle of wine. My wife wishes there were more shops open downtown especially an antique shop but everyone we met was very friendly. We would have also liked more places to eat but we made several meals in the kitchen which was a great convenience.

  Had a great stay at the resort but just a little FYI, the windows on the patio could have been cleaned. My girlfriend and I cleaned them while we were sitting on the deck to have a clear view of the water. It didnt take much and most of the sea water build up was on the inner side of the glass. Thanks for everything.

    Thanks for taking the time write a review. We do clean the patio door and windows before each guest arrives but unfortunately being this close to the ocean the salt spray builds up very quickly, especially if it's windy. Hope you and your girlfriend can visit again soon!

  Outside corridor lighting made our bedroom unacceptably bright and disturbed our sleep. Guests should have the option of turning off these outdoor lights or the bedrooms should have better blinds. We were shocked to find no recycling facilities available.

    Thanks for staying and we regret the exterior building lights were an issue. Unfortunately it is not possible for guests to turn the building lights off but the blinds are very effective in darkening the room when in the fully closed position. We wish that recycling was available on property but unfortunately it is not offered by the garbage collection service. Large recycling bins are located near city hall which can handle paper, glass, and metal waste.
