  This unit has a great view, and is perfect for easy access to the beach.
  When we arrived, we discovered that our main/common bathroom door was closed and locked (no one was inside of course). It took some time to jimmy it open, which was a hassle. In the master bath, the shower rug was wet, which doesn't mean it was dirty, but it made me feel like someone had just recently used it. Then, upon finishing our first meal, we realized we had no dish soap. We had to go purchase soap and paper towels. This is our second stay at VBTS, and we'll return, but a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew would help!

    We're sorry that things weren't as great the 2nd time you stayed with us. Our staff tries their best to ensure the rooms are perfect for every guest but sometimes mistakes happen. Please let us know right away next time if there is anything wrong and we will do our best to make things right. We provide all amenities such as dish soap, paper towels, toliet paper, and other expendables for the condos so if you ever run out during your stay we are happy to bring more.   The unit was very nice, we had a good vatcation, but the weather was not so good so we stayed in most the time. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the Master Bed is getting kinda soft for my back.

    We're glad you had a nice time and wish we could have provided a little more sunshine during your stay with us. A saying we have here on the coast is if you don't like the weather just wait 15 minutes. Most of December was unseasonably sunny and warm but there was the typical gray days thrown in. We hope you can make it out again in the spring or summer to really enjoy all the beach has to offer.

  This unit's best feature was the master bedroom with a great view. Kids loved the big tv & having 2 tvs. I would put a queen bed in the second bedroom, rather than singles. Fun time.

    We're happy to hear you had such a great stay and enjoyed the view from the master bedroom. This is a wonderful feature of this condo to be able to wake up to see the ocean waves right outside your window. We'll pass on your suggestion to the owner but many guests traveling with children and young adults enjoy the single beds in the second bedroom to avoid arguments between the little ones.   We enjoyed our stay and will return again. The grounds were very nice with great play area's for the kids and seperate area for the dogs to do their business! Our room was nice with a great view. Check in and check out was very easy. A couple of things needed to be fixed in our room and maintaince was their in just a couple of hours to take care of them.

    Thanks for the great review and we're happy you like the new check-in procedure. We really enjoy having that personal contact with our guests when they used to come into the office and struggled with the request from the Home Owners Association to switch to lock boxes, but overall the comments have been very positive from guests. If there is anything you need while staying please stop by the front desk as we are still onsite to assist our guests and homeowners.

  It's getting harder to leave every time we stay at "our beach house." We love everything about the place. The main reason we look forward to going home is to return to our king size bed. The queen bed at the beach house is small, but we can deal with that for a few nights! Absolutely love this place.

  We absolutely loved our stay, as always. We had unexpected sunny weather and the surf clearly visible from our pet friendly condo--excellent way to wake up. We rented bikes, jumped on the path, stopped to check out the surf and went into Westport town. Pros of vacationing on the coast in the winter--no crowds, no one else in the hot tub, and great deals. Cons include much of Westport being closed for the off-season, not much surfing going on and very cold...but totally worth it!

  We had a very plesant stay at our Vacations by the Sea in Westport, WA. Everything was absolutely, wonderful. The Condo #332 was very clean and smelled fresh. This is a pet unit and our dog loved the place. No pet stains from previous pets. Plenty of towels and linnens and pillows. Lots of dishes and pots and pans in kitchen. Beautiful view of the Ocean with lots of windows. Plenty of room for -4- people and dog. Everyone loved staying there. Definately, one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at. Nice walking trails which go from the Resort to the harbor at Westport. A nice 2.5 mile walk. The dog loved it. Clean beaches and nice walking trail to beach. We will definately be back...

  The condo was well stocked. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, quiet and cheerful. The staff was warm and kind, and took good care of us. If I'm ever back in Westport it would be the only place I would stay. We all loved it!

  We just returned from 3 nights in August. The condo was nice and roomy with good facilities. The decor was a little dated,could use some sprucing up. The location by the dunes and sea was beautiful. From our 3rd floor unit we had a fabulous view. Our unit was very quiet too we never head our neighbors. Probably the only real negative comment that I had was, that although the unit was well cleaned, the couches and carpets retained dog hairs. Which as a non pet owner found slighly gross. If I went again, I would get a pet free unit. Generally though a great place with good facilities.

  We stayed at Vacations by the Sea last week and loved our unit -- it had an ocean view and was close to the clubhouse. The unit was very clean, better than any hotel. I would definitely stay there again -- and next time I'll bring my dogs for one of the pet friendly units. And you can't beat the fact that it's just a little over two hours from Seattle.
