This well decorated home is both stylish and inviting. A great place for you and your companion to unwind, be them human or canine. The large picture window provides unobstructed views to the stunning Pacific Ocean beyond. Feel like a child again as you walk through the tall grass on a great adventure to the sea. With the windows open you can let the dramatic sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

We LOVE VBTS...this particular unit had just what was required but the lack of helpful items (CD player, cooking oil, paper towels..there was a holder but no towels and we didn't want to have to go out again! etc.) was not important. The view, solitude, and dog-friendliness, was what was important! The sofa is pretty uncomfortable, and the tv, DVD, etc. were very frustrating to get to work, even with TWO sets of instructions (conflicting instructions). Now that we FINALLY got it figured out, we would stay in 223 again! The view is awesome!

Just a few steps away from the oceans edge, with outstanding view. Only 1 small problem, we could not get the DVD, VCR, CD players to work. Too many remotes and no instructions - kids could figure it out, but not me

Electronics can be somewhat confusing if you are not familiar with them but we tried to take care of that with instructions on each of the components showing what the settings should be to watch TV or a DVD but if you ever have trouble again please let us know and we'd be happy to come and help.

Great place, well maintained, couldn't hear the neighbors, wonderful view of the ocean, quiet, and relaxing. The only drawback was the bedroom window opens to the walkways to the other condos. If you like to sleep with the window open, you can be woken
by those talking on their way past you. We plan to return and would highly recommend the condo.
Fantastic! Vacation by the sea is a magical place. I will come back every year. Property manager is great and very accomodating. The location is great with spectacular views and very relaxing atmosphere.

A perfect week--the ONLY good one weatherwise all spring! We have been to Maui 29 times and I would rather come here at any time of the year. We are so happy our dog is welcome, too!
The condo was excellent. Great view of the ocean and a nice easy walk to the beach. We loved it and will return for sure!!

Everything was great, but I was surprised by the $50 cleaning fee. Typically that is part of the cost of a hotel, so a bit of a shock (though it's written within the three pages of property description, which I never read).

Otherwise great! The people were very helpful, the occomodations were overstocked with supplies, and the location was perfect. This would be a really nice place for a family to spend three or four days.

My Husband and I stood there for a long weekend and enjoyed every bit of it. The view to the sea, the closeness to the beach, the condition in which the subdivision is kept, not to talk about the condo itself is outstanding.
From the friendly Manager to the staff, all just fits, there is always some one cleaning and you actually can't tell, that those condo's are situated about 100 yards away from the sea.
The condo itself was great, fully equipped invited it to actually not wanting to leave at all, very well maintained and all is there what you need while staying.
Would we come back again? Any time, as we are making already plans.

The new check-in procedure works fine but seems a bit impersonal. We had stayed there in the past so knew where everything was so we did not have to ask for any help except figuring out the TV/VCR procedures were totaly different from ours at home so caused a bit of frustration to figure out. Loved everything else about the place!

The check-in procedure was changed at the request of the property home owners association and guests have commented positively because it allows them to go directly to their unit instead of coming to the clubhouse to fill out paperwork. This was our first trip to Westport and I'm sure we chose the best location to get away from it wall. I would recommend bringing all your own food as choices are limited in town. Unfortunately, we could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took. What can be done about that??

  We're very glad you and your family had a wonderful stay in Westport. The condos are very well built, surviving with no damage 90mph hurricane force winds in 2007, but sounds can travel from neighboring units especially if you are used to living in a single familiy home. A third floor unit for your next stay may be the best option as there will be no guests above except the seagulls on the roof! Hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful place. Within walking distance to the tallest Lighthouse in Washington state, the beach, walking trails, a cute cafe. The pool was heated and the neighbors quiet. Really great time.

If you want a reasonably priced place with a great Ocean View this is the place to go. The room is very nice and comfortable with all the amenities of your own home. There is 18 miles of beaches, Washingtons tallest light house, and a nice downtown area.

We love spending time at Vacations by the Sea & Jaunty, our dog feels welcome & right at home, too. The staff were friendly & helpful but the only problems we encountered were after 6 PM when they were no longer available ie: the TV would not work the 1st night of our stay & I could not figure out how to use the oven to bake our dinner the 2nd night. No instructions anywhere to be found. I spoke to the manager about this on check-out & she told me she would pass the suggestion on to the owner of the condo. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay & would come again.

Just want to mention that some of the younger people staying for the weekend Know of the noise curtew. the balcony chairs should be cleaned of the green stuff, I know it would be hard because of the constant moisture,but they can be a eye sore. We like to thank the owner with an well equiped unit with everything we needed then some very thoughtful. OOH can the complex have the own walk way to the beach stairs?

Wonderful getaway

Fantastic! Vacation by the sea is a magical place. I will come back every year. Property manager is great and very accomodating. The location is great with spectacular views and very relaxing atmosphere.

Great Property and Great Condo

This is the second time we have stayed at Vacations by the Sea. We had a great time and Trish was very friendly and helpful as always. We will be back!
